Modern villa "Drago", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Kacana 4 km from the centre of Vodnjan, 15 km from the centre of Pula, in a sunny position, 10 km from the sea. Private: property 500 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool angular, heated (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, sauna, hot tub, spa area, washing machine. Motor access to the house (300 m via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 2.8 km, pebble beach 10 km, rocky beach 10 km. Surf school 13 km, sailing school 13 km, tennis 14 km, cycle lane 100 m. Nearby attractions: amphitheater 14 km. Swimming pool heated (extra), with counterflow and hydromassage. It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required.
4-room villa 200 m2 on 2 levels. Modern furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the swimming pool. 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Terrace 40 m2, roofed, large terrace 80 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free).

Praktischs neues Traumhaus in abgelegener absoluter ruhiger Traumlage. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind noch fertigzustellen, aber nichts was den Aufenthalt stören würde. Sehr netter Vermieter, die direkt daneben wohnen.
