About this property

Seaview - a coastal property that sleeps 6 guests in 2 bedrooms

Sea View Cottage is right next to the beach with breath-taking views, sea views from every room!!

Seaview is located in the idyllic village of Pontrhypont (Four Mile Bridge) and provides an ideal base for exploring the fishing village, North Anglesey and beyond.

The setting of Seaview cottage is really quite special, offering spectacular views out to sea from the kitchen, lounge and bedroom, whatever time of the year. Four Mile Bridge is a small fishing village with a few shops, a cafe and a pub. It is located on the West coast of the island and is a good starting point for cliff walking, canoeing, windsurfing and dingy sailing. The property is located right next to the Coastal Path, an added bonus for those who seek active breaks.

Things to do / Places to Visit nearby

Trearddur Bay Beach – Trearddur Bay is a popular wide sandy bay backed by a sea wall and promenade located about 2 miles south of Holyhead. A dog ban operates on the southern half of the beach from 1st May to 30th September and beach wardens are on duty from late May to early September.

South Stack Lighthouse – The historic South Stack Lighthouse is located on a small island reached via a descent of 400 steps down the steep mainland cliffs. South Stack Rock lies separated from Holyhead Island by 30 metres of turbulent sea, surging to and fro in continuous motion. Visitors may tour the former lighthouse engine room before climbing to the top of the lighthouse. South Stack is a wonderful place to watch thousands of breeding seabirds including guillemots, razorbills and puffins.

Porth Diana Nature Reserve – A small nature reserve near Trearddur Bay, well known for the spotted rock-rose, Anglesey's County Flower.

Stay at Seaview
We had a lovely stay at Seaview, the house was warm and cosy a real home from home. The view every morning from the kitchen window while you washed up was amazing, even though there is a dishwasher.

8/10 Good

Good value in Peaceful spot
Lovely views onto esturary and quiet area. Cottage quaint with large kitchen and comfy bed. Refurbed Kitchen and bathroom were very nice. A bit worn in spots , couch in living area very small , stairs VERY dangerous as narrow wth a very high bottom step . Could use a word of caution about stairs and how high bathtub is . Overall did what it said on the tin and very conviently located to other Anglesey locations.
