Park Residence - Beautiful apartment

Modern Residence located in Lignano Sabbiadoro, equipped with refurbished swimming pools, a large one for adults and a smaller one for children, a lift and numbered parking places.
We would like to inform our guests that the pool is open from early June to the first week of September (early or late opening/closing depends on weather conditions).
To be sure of the opening/closing dates, please contact us, as they may vary depending on the weather, management decisions, or renovation work.
Modern, spacious penthouse on two floors (4th/5th attic floor), equipped with every comfort. Composed of entrance, living room with sofa bed, habitable terrace overlooking the pools; kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave oven, large fridge; a double bedroom; bathroom with window and shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, bathroom with window and shower, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher.

IMPORTANT: WE DO NOT RENT TO GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE, ONLY TO FAMILIES.

Wohnung wie beschrieben gut.

Bis auf die Betten, die bei jeder Drehung quietschen, ist die Wohnung eine Buchung wert. Geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt leider eine Kaffeemaschine. Sonst alles wie angegeben.
