Cozy two-bedroom apartment near Lido of Lugano and Exhibition Center - LIDO 4

LIDO 4 is a cozy two-bedroom apartment located in the quiet residential district of Viganello, a few minutes from the Lido of Lugano, its lake and the Ciani Park and 5 minutes by car from the center, ideal location for visiting the city and its surroundings. The light comes in abundantly from the large windows in the living room, from which you can access the terrace that frames the apartment: sip here a good Ticino wine at sunset, watching the sun go down over the city!



The living room is divided into a dining area, with a table for 4 people, and a TV area with a sofa and a flat-screen TV for watching a family movie. The table is also perfect as a workstation, if yours is a business stay! The corner kitchen is separate, fully equipped with appliances and everything you need to prepare meals.

There are two double bedrooms, one of which overlooks the terrace and has a large two-door wardrobe, the other has an open compartment with shelves and a chest of drawers for storing your wardrobe. A bathroom with bathtub completes the apartment.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.



The apartment does not have a reserved parking, but you can park in the public car parks near the building. In Via del Tiglio, next to the Lugano Exhibition Centre, there are numerous municipal car parks.

An e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS (including a step-by-step guide) on how to access the apartment autonomously will be sent to you after you successfully complete the online registration.

The Exhibition Center is 3 minutes away, Ciani Park and its Villa are 5 minutes away, the historic center of the city is 10 minutes away. The apartment is a 3-minute walk from Lido di Lugano, with its indoor swimming and outdoor swimming pools, tennis court and sailing club. At the La Lanchetta restaurant, a 2-minute walk away, you can take a boat  to various destinations of the Ceresio area.



How to arrive: 

If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take bus No. 2 (direction Castagnola, Capolinea) for 5 stops (9 minutes). Get off at the \"Lugano, Palazzo Studi\" stop and walk 3 minutes to the building.

If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take the \"Lugano Nord\" exit and follow the GPS directions: in a few minutes you will reach the apartment.
