A spacious Annexe, stylishly decorated and excellently equipped in the grounds of the owners home.. 1 step to entrance.

Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, Single (3ft) Bed (Child Only) (Flexible Sleeping Only)
Bathroom: Roll Top Bath, Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas underfloor central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Patio. Private parking for 1 car. No Smoking.. Set within the grounds of the owner’s home, this spacious semi-detached annexe has been finished to a high standard. A large living/dining room is accessed from the hallway. With large L-shaped leather sofa and Smart TV. The shaker style kitchen is well equipped with all your modern appliances, complete with breakfast bar and stools, there is also a separate toilet. A large master bedroom with pitched roof and Velux window and kingsize bed, it includes a small dressing room just off the main room with a single bed suitable as a flexible sleeping for a child. There is a stylish bathroom with freestanding roll-top bath and separate power shower finish off the first floor accommodation.
Out and about Heighington proves to be a good central base for exploring the North East and Yorkshire Dales and being 5 minutes from the A1. The cathedral city of Durham, a World Heritage Site, can be reached within a 20-minute drive. Durham is home to many popular tourist attractions including the Lumiere Festival, jazz festival, book week, arts week, the Gala Theatre, castle and cathedral as well as many designer boutiques, shops and with an excellent choice of places to eat and drink.
Within easy reach are Barnard Castle, the North East coast, the Yorkshire Dales, the Lake District and the Northumberland Coast. For the outdoor enthusiast, cyclists, ramblers and leisurely walkers will find many walks and cycle paths suitable for all abilities. You can explore Low Barns Nature Reserve, one of County Durham’s most important wildlife sites. While Hamsterley Forest is a delightful 2000-hectare site with popular walking trails, including the Gruffalo Trail, as well as cycle trails, orienteering and plenty of spots for a picnic.
