We had an incredible stay! The house was just a street away from the beach and close to everything you could want. It was very clean and had all the essentials for cooking — full fridge, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and even a grill outside. The host was always responsive when we reached out, which made the trip stress-free. We stayed with our family, including three kids of different ages, and everyone had a fantastic time. Perfect spot for a family beach getaway!

End of Summer Getaway

My family of 5, my parents and brother with his girlfriend stayed in this Vrbo which was beyond perfect for our end of summer getaway. The house was clean and the perfect fit for our family vacation. A short walk to the beach made it great for our family and easy to come back during the day. The shops were close by as were many places to eat and enjoy the ocean views. Definitely recommend and would book again in the future!

Best Ever

This cottage is the best. Not only the location but the property is so nice. Pictures do not do it justice. Was so clean and felt like home and so relaxing. I can say this has been the best experience I have had renting in Hampton Beach. I am looking forward to staying again next year. Thank you to the hosts for making this a great experience.

We will be coming back for a third year and fourth! Great location. CUTE beach house, close to boardwalk and attractions! Washer dryer, air, full kitchen, nice yard and porch. Paul is easy to communicate with and very friendly. Thanks again for a great vacation!

We could not find the hot tub nor could we see the water at all from any place on the property. The beach was a short walk and the house was spotless and had everything we needed. Easy to keep clean. We loved it and would go back again. thank you!!!

wonderful recharge

There was a minor hiccup related to entry - the VRBO instructions may need updating, but otherwise everything went smoothly. No problems with the facilities and appliances.

The house was perfect for our family. Very clean! I’ve stayed in a few homes in Hampton Beach and always felt sand on my bare feet as I walked around the house. Not here! That was one of the first thing I noticed. The kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor grill was brand new! The house was pretty well stocked as well…garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper…even some dryer sheets and laundry detergent. Not sure if those were leftovers from other visitors but it was certainly helpful. The only very minor issue for us was the TV was only internet TV and none of us had any streaming services with live TV. We figured it out pretty quickly and were able to stream our cable services right to the TV. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Hampton Beach stay

The house was roomy and clean and very close to the beach. It was difficult working the key box but that was not a big deal. The host kindly let us check in a little earlier which we appreciated. The one problem was that we could not run the a/c in each of the three bedrooms because it would trip the circuit. It was very warm in the room without the a/c. Very nice house otherwise.

À proximité de tout : À deux pas de la plage mais aussi à deux pas de l'activité de la rue principale tout en étant situé dans un coin tranquille. L'emplacement est parfait pour tous! Maison très très confortable. (Salon, chambres à coucher et lits douillets, air clim, etc). Belle grande galerie couverte qui est très apprécié en cas de pluie. Extrêmement bien équipé également, particulièrement dans la cuisine qui ne manque de rien. Belle cours tranquille et confortable également. Finalement, l'hôte répond vite et bien à nos questions au besoin.👌Nous avons adoré notre séjour et pensons déjà relouer cette maison à nouveau.

Family vacation 2022

The property is nice. Does need some repair work on the flooring, it came apart in the kitchen, outdoor furniture needs to be replaced or repainted, lawn wasn’t mowed, did not know the trash schedule so there was trash left from the previous renters, carpets need to be cleaned or replaced, there was a stack of patio blocks in the front yard and could use some more A/C’s. It’s by one of the main streets that everyone drives and walks down. Try sleeping with fans in windows allows all noise from street in the house. Luckily it wasn’t that hot and we made it work. We did like the place and would stay there again, hopefully it could get the TLC I noticed and it would be a very nice stay. All in all our stay there was very good and a had a great time.

Walking distance to all boulevard restaurants and activities. Great place to start your day. Close to Portsmouth NH and Newburyport MA if you want to go shopping. If you like the beach this location is a prime place to stay. A 3 minute walk to the beach!
