Great house, terrible communication

The seller on Vrbo is a different agency from the one that actually rents the house and the communication was terrible - wrong prices for extra features, poor description of the house, its condition and what was in it. In general a poor tone in communicating. When we got there everything was easier. The actual property manager was super nice and they made sure we had everything we needed Great experience, very bad booking

We are genuinely surprised by your mention of poor communication, as we have thorough records indicating prompt and timely responses to every one of your emails. This feedback is entirely different from the experience we believed we provided, and we are sincerely disappointed to hear these comments. We suspect this may relate to the matter regarding the costs for cots and highchairs. Initially, in January, we provided a quote for these services, which went unpaid. When you revisited the request in July, the owner had since adjusted the prices. Unfortunately, we have no control over these changes, as pricing is ultimately set by the property owner.
