About this property

Luxury Detached Villa with Sea, Golf & Mountain Views. Private Pool & Garden

Villa in Vale do Lobo, central Algarve, Portugal.

The villa has recently been totally rebuilt to a very high standard.
Air-conditioning throughout. Wood-burning stove in the living area.
Smart TV with Sky Sports and WiFi throughout. Televisions also in 3 of the bedrooms.
Large, private pool (10m x 5m) with in-built paddling area (perfect for young children). Private pool terrace furnished with 8 sunbeds. Child pool-gate available upon request.
If required, pool heating is charged at an additional £600 per week, and underfloor heating £150 per week also for Air-conditioning £150 per week, both direct to me. I am very sorry to have to charge this amount but with energy costs what they are now, I make nothing on these prices, only cover my costs! Luckily, for most of the year, neither is necessary!
Large, shaded terrace, perfect for outdoor dining.
Superb views of the sea, mountains and golf course from the upper terrace.
Villa is well equipped with 4 x hairdryers, pool towels, bath and hand towels, washing machine and dishwasher. There is a high-chair, 2 x cots, potty & changing mat available on request (£60 per week)..
BBQ and outside sink.
Five minute walk to Resort Reception with bank, golf clubhouse, restaurants/bars and spa/gym.
Ten minute stroll down to the beach and Praça for more bars and restaurants with live entertainment from May - September.

The resort has 2 Championship Golf courses, a tennis academy with 14 courts.
Fully-staffed Childrens Club and a wonderful new Crazy Golf for the whole family. There is a selection of live music and dancing in season at the Pracca..
Football and tennis academies nearby. Horse riding only a 5min drive away.
Pool, gym, sauna, steam and massage facilities.
Physio gym and Royal Spa Area
Well stocked supermarket open till late,and medical centre at resort entrance.

We are Members of Vale do Lobo and guests get the benefit of VdL security and 24-hour Reception. Membership cards must be purchased in advance by calling VdL Reception (approximately 45 euros per person per week) which enables free use of the circuit bus (goes as far as Julia's Beach), discounts to gym, spa, tennis, restaurants and free entry with towel to swimming pool at the Praça.

Home away from home

Casa Pimenta is a lovely property that had a homely feel from day one. Great location, quiet and relaxing but still only 15 min stroll to the beach and restaurants. Keren the property owner was fantastic and helpful. Highly recommended location and property in Vale do Lobo.

Casa Pimenta a Perfect Villa

Our family and 2 small grandchildren had a wonderful holiday at Casa Pimenta , the Villa was lovely even bigger than the pictures plenty of room for 6 adults and babies . Keren was a super host who was always on hand to answer questions. The location was great , short walk to The Praca and beach and restaurants. We would certainly return to the Villa .

What a beautiful Vila and a definite 5 star experience. Located in a quiet street, only a 10 min walk from the Praca, this property suited everyone in our family. From enjoying a morning coffee on the terrace overlooking the 13th fairway of the Royal golf course, to playing in the sizeable pool, it was just perfect. An Amazing Villa

We stayed for 2 weeks and I can honestly say, it wasn’t long enough. Everything about the villa was perfect. Location, facilities, check in/out process and Keren the owner couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. We will no doubt be back and am already looking for next year. Keren and family should be immensely proud of their outstanding villa. Fabulous break

What a find! From my first contact with Keren, the owner, everything about our stay was first class. The property itself is just as described and beautifully furnished and equipped. The location is perfect being no more than a ten minute stroll to the Praca and five minutes to Val de Lobo reception. Outdoors there is pelnty of space and those wanting to sunbathe or stay in the shade can do so all day. I can fully understand why it has so many repeat customers and we intend to join their ranks from now on.

Why they chose this property

Vale do Lobo is an easy 20 minute drive from Faro airport and offers everything a family or group of friends could possibly want from a holiday.

Casa Pimenta is in a quiet location, where the only passing traffic is that of the few other properties in the one-way loop that is Rua da Figueira. It is central to the Pracca, Beach, supermarket, medical centre, and Golf Reception.

What makes this property unique

We enjoy the proximity to the beach and all the resort facilities including many restaurants, bars, live music in season, golf, driving range, tennis, horse riding, children club, baby crèche, spa, crazy golf, nightclubs, many walks, nearby mountains, and a beautiful beach with waterspouts in season.
