Independent studio apartment in a very elegant Wright-style villa, designed in the 1940s and 1950s (architectural project: Giuseppe.. Samonà) in Palermo's seaside town of Mondello, just 30 mt from the beach and 20 minutes from the city center. Situated in a refined setting surrounded by greenery, at the foot of Mount Pellegrino, just steps from the sea, between the sandy bay and the cliffs, the apartment is elegantly furnished with high-quality linens. Another apartment is located in the same villa, and both are advertised on this and other websites with five-star reviews. Catering, transportation, and car (including bicycle and scooter) rentals are available. The pool (open April to May and October) and hot tub are not for public use; however, we are happy to share them, along with the outdoor spaces, with our guests. Instant bookings are accepted, subject to availability, as indicated on the calendars.

One-minute walk to the beach and hosts are very hospitable

Although you stay at the same property as the owner you hardly notice them. The house has everything you need for a convenient and relaxed stay. The hosts are very friendly and helpfull. The beach is on an one minute walk.

Francesco is a fantastique host.

We stayed in a cosy Little pavillon in the garden. Very Nice, clean and a 100 m to the Beach. Francesco and his wife are very kind and helpful. We highly recommand.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Mondello bei Francesco und seiner Frau. Um das Bungalow ist sehr viel Platz, ideal für Kinder und das Gelände ist komplett geschützt. Hohe Kiefern spenden Schatten. Der Weg zum nächsten Strand ist nicht weit und die Gassen und Plätze bieten immer wieder Abwechslung. und

Splendida villa con piscina a 10 mt. veri dal mare. Host gentili, premurosi e disponibili. Abbiamo soggiornato nella depandance della villa per 14 gorni. Tutto molto bello con possibilità di fare vita di mare comodissima per la posizione oppure come punto di appoggio per escursioni e visita del territorio limitrofo. Possibilità di sogiornare con il cane come ho fatto io. Spazio esterno per mangiare. Pulizia impeccabile.
