Villa on two levels of about 100 square meters each, recently renovated and situated in the quiet setting a few minutes walk from the beach and the square of Mondello. On the ground floor living area with large lounge / living room with 42-inch TV and sofa bed, terrace, kitchen and bagn0. On the first floor are two double bedrooms, one twin and a bathroom with tub / shower. The two bedrooms are both equipped with outside terrace. The villa has no living outside garden where you can park up to two cars. All the bedrooms and the kitchen have air conditioning.

Lovely house with a lot of space close to the beach

Nice specious house which can easily fit family of 6 with small children. Close to the beach. Amazing very responsive host. We had great time at Mondello Beach

Perfect house for vacation

We were a group of seven people who lived here for a week and each one of us enjoyed the stay at this house! The people renting it are very friendly, helped us with everything and were easy to contact at all times. The neighborhood was nice and the beach is comfortably reachable by foot (about 10 minutes). Also there is a bus stop nearby to get to the center to Palermo. All in all an ideal house for a vacation in Mondello!

Lovely, well equipped villa

Our stay in this property was delightful, The villa itself was clean, well equipped, spacious and close to all amenities, but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet... Just a short 5 min walk to the beach and local shops. We would happily visit the villa again and Mondello. Thank you

Nice villa apartment.

Our host was great. We had no problems. It was an 8-minute walk to the main square at Mondello Beach, with stores, restaurants, street-vendors, and groceries. The on-site, gated parking was very nice. Driving in Mondello and Palermo was thrilling, a bit like Mad Max Fury Road. Rules, signs, and lane markers are irrelevant. It was unusually hot during our stay, but the villa has air-conditioning in the bedrooms and kitchen, so it was all pleasant. I wish we could've enjoyed the terrace more.

Lovely neighborhood villa

My wife and I, as well as my daughter, her husband and year and half old baby really enjoyed this spacious home! Great large kitchen provided a warm atmosphere for the evenings we ate at the villa. Upstairs were three large bedrooms with super bathroom in the hall. The water in the villa was wonderful. Lots of hot water for showers and the washer outside did great laundry ! A few things could be improved but they were minor. A blanket for the beds would have been a good addition for when the excellent air conditioning was a little too cool. Some outlets in the kitchen need to be put in place as it was difficult to manage the one counter outlet for coffee machine and baby bottle warmer. Beach towels provided would also be a plus. The high chair and baby bed were provided and we really appreciated those amenities. Our host was wonderful and we enjoyed the privacy of this location. In total we loved this entire experience at the villa and would definitely come back ! ! Great location, value, and extremely clean!

villa qui meriterait un lave_vaisselle et une hote aspirante car impossible de cuisiner sans que l'alarme se déclenche et il manque des couverts aussi.La climatisation n'est pas au top et il fait trés chaud dans la maison.

La lavastoviglie non è menzionata tra gli accessori che vengono forniti quindi chi prenota sa prima che non ne potrà usufruire. Il sistema di allarme in cucina per i fumi ed il monossido di carbonio è installato per la sicurezza degli ospiti ed è obbligatorio per legge, suona solo se in cucina c'é troppo fumo o una perdita di gas. Tutte le stanze della villa (3 stanze da letto, cucina e soggiorno) sono dotate di aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante ed inoltre la villa, soprattutto al piano terra (zona giorno), è ben aerata se si tengono le finestre aperte in quanto è aperta su tre lati. Mi auguro che abbiate trascorso una felice vacanza.

Très bien

Conforme à l'annonce. Très grande maison et très bon accueil. Stationnement aisé dans la propriété fermée, très appréciable. Emplacement très calme et à 10 minutes à pied de la plage publique et des petits commerces. En plus, hypermarché avec galerie à 5 minutes en voiture. En utilisant la climatisation de façon très modérée (uniquement pour rafraichir deux chambres le soir quelques heures pendant une semaine) nous n'avons pas dépassé le quota d'électricité prévu. Un détail : pas de prise électrique sur le plan de cuisine et il faut donc débrancher la plaque de cuisson sous le plan pour brancher la cafetière.

Il soggiorno è stato molto rilassante. La villa è in una posizione ideale, lontana dai rumori cittadini e vicinissima alla spiaggia di Mondello ed alla movida mondelliana. Perfect house, wonderful hosts

The house is located about a 10 minute walk to Mondello beach, that has two "open" beach parts and tons of parts where you can rent a sun lounger. When you walk down to the beach you will find a grocery store, gelato shops, restaurants and a bus station (line 809 takes you directly to Palermo city in around 30 minutes). The beach looks like the blue lagoon in Malta, the water is shallow and you can rent paddle boats. The house has 4 balconies, a big kitchen to hang out and you will find every supply that you need. There's one bathroom downstairs with just a toilet and another bathroom upstairs with a toilet and a shower. I would totally recommend it, its a safe neighborhood, you have a great view into the mountains and you only walk 10 minutes to where all the fun happens! Thanks Mariano and Eleonora for the wonderful stay!

Elegant Mondello Home

Spacious well-furnished home set back from the beach and the nightlife of Mondello, but within close walking distance. Secure off-street parking a bonus as we used it as a base for travelling around North-West Sicily. Air conditioning and insect screens much appreciated.
