4 bedroom seaside house with garden

House overlooking pleasant garden with swing, trampoline and ping-pong table. Large sunny terrace, private garage. Large living-dining room with fireplace in wood fire, fitted kitchen. Upstairs 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (shower and bath), wc on the ground floor and first floor. House 5/10 minutes walk from the city center, multiple shops and the beach. Many water sports activities, hiking on the cliff and in the dunes, horse riding, tennis, golf with sea views. For more information see Wimereux Tourist Office website. Bus nearby. This house is very nice and in a quiet street ..! The house is not always available; so do not hesitate to contact me. A small clarification however all year the minimum rental is 3 nights.
A reminder: towels and bed linen is not provided.
A 400 € DEPOSIT WILL BE GIVEN ON ARRIVAL IN THE ACCOMMODATION.

La maison est aussi accueillante et agréable que sa propriétaire. Tout est très appréciable : le jardin, la décoration, une super literie, un équipement ménager largement adapté à la capacité d accueil, et on peut tout faire à pieds ! Merci Michelle et Andrea pour votre communication 🙂

Une maison familiale parfaite pour se retrouver, la terrasse est magnifique, les chambres calmes et très confortables. L’accès à pieds à la mer et au centre est assez rapide. Tout était parfait.

Accueil ponctuel et précis. Maison agréable avec un chouette jardin ( tennis de table, balançoire, trampoline : très appréciés par les petits ...... et les grands ). Séjour calme et conforme à nos attentes. Merci, à recommander !

Wonderful place! excellent host!

The location was wonderful. Michele is a great host and the house is amazingly spaceous and can easily accomodate 8 people. Apart from the HomeAway mess-up with property offerings, Michele was kind enough to provide us with bedlinen and bathtowels (thank you!!) The garden is amazingly large and provides a trampoline and swing for kids to use. the 2 toilets are very handy when staying with such a large group, and the location is quite centrally between Boulouge and Calais. the Town of Wimereux is also nice to walk through and at walking distance. Unfortunately we had a bit of bad luck in the beginning with sewage and heating problems (can happen at any-time), but Michelle was extremely quick to fix it and within 2 days the toilets and hot water were up & running again. All-in-all an extremely good location and wonderful host! thank you very much Michele for the great time. We will def. book again if we plan to come back to the Wimereux area. Note to HomeAway: (because I cannot contact you guys directly) - as a service provider: please check your property listing translations because in the English version, which I use, it does not state that the property does not provide bedlinen and bathtowels. On Abritel it does mention it (Michele and I exchanged notes)

Belle maison, avec charme, il y a de la vie, on sent qu'elle est habitée le reste du temps, conforme aux descriptions et aux photos, toutes les chambres sont grandes et agréables, meublées avec goût, bel escalier, le tout était propre, bien équipé, confortable, rencontre sympathique, facile et efficace avec la fille de la propriétaire, à la fois fiable et souple, on se sentait à l'aise dans la maison, situation assez bonne (à pied: 10 minutes jusqu'au centre, 15 minutes jusqu'à la plage). Merci!

Une belle et grande maison, top!

Nous avons séjourné en famille durant un week-end. La maison est très grande, nous étions 8 adultes et les 4 grandes chambres n'ont pas fait de jaloux-ses! A 10min à pied du centre, pizza, fruits de mer, supermarchés et une délicieuse boulangerie à 5 min :) Le jardin est très agréable avec sa grande terrasse. Michelle est très sympathique, tout s'est passé facilement et agréablement :) N'hésitez plus!

Nous avons passé 1 excellente semaine de vacances dans cette maison très bien équipée , très propre et à la décoration soignée . Literie de bonne qualité. Idéale aussi avec nos 2 jeunes enfants : La salle de jeux à l'étage, le grand jardin et la fonctionnalité de la maison ont été très appréciables ! Propriétaire très agréable , à l'écoute et disponible . A recommander !

nous sommes une famille avec deux petites enfants. notre semaine a Wimereux etait excellente, notre location etait propre, pratique et grand. madame Brillard est tres gentille, et flexible. un grandmerci!
