The apartment is fully equipped with everything necessary for comfortable living, like pastel linens, towels, dishes, pans, cutlery, dryer, ironing board, iron and hair dryer and vacuum cleaner.
There is optical-internet, a big TV. Air conditioning is heat-cold.

Area 68 m2 and terrace 14 m2.

Excellent infrastructure. In 10 minutes walk to the supermarket, 100 meters from restaurants, bars, 50 meters to the municipal, pine, walking park. Very convenient access to the beach.

I meet all the guests personally, I show the holiday house and all the specifications. In accordance with this, there are periods when a cash payment charges from the guest in the day of check-in:

- Check-in / check-out on a weekend (20 €)
- Late or early check-in / check-out after 19:00 (until 10:00) (20 €)
* Please note that for check-in / check-out you pay only once.

You can also request additional services:

- Baby kit (standard crib with mattress 10 € / week, high chair for children 5 € / week, baby car seat 5 € / week)

- Beach equipment (2 beach chairs and an umbrella) (10 € / week)

In the case of detecting damages in the current apartment or of the content property, the amount of damage will be charge from the deposit. In the event that the amount of the damages caused is greater than the amount of the deposit, the Client undertakes to pay the difference.
