The master bedroom offers a double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with shower and underfloor heating, while the second bedroom has two single beds, perfect for children or friends. Just outside the door is another bathroom, also with a shower and underfloor heating. The bedrooms and living room also have air conditioning and heat pump to ensure a comfortable stay at any time of the year. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine), and the cosy living room is equipped with a dining table and sitting area.
Outside, there is a large terrace with beautiful views of the swimming pool and gardens. Equipped with a table, chairs and sunbeds, it is the perfect place for sunbathing and enjoying al fresco dining.
Bed linen, towels and hairdryer are provided, and 20KW/day of electricity consumption is included (any excess is charged separately). Wifi and underground parking included.
The recently built Villa Amalia development has two 12-metre long summer swimming pools, ideal for swimming and relaxing. There is also a private gym equipped with treadmills, static bikes and cross-trainer within the complex, and for those visiting in winter, a heated pool with a temperature of 28ºC. On Torrevieja's emblematic seafront, just 20 minutes' walk away, a whole world of entertainment awaits, with various sports facilities and a host of bars, restaurants and leisure activities.
And with easy access to the national road and public transport network, all the great charms of the Vega Baja are within easy reach from Villa Amalia. Within a 10 minute drive there are 2 large shopping centres, Habaneras and La Zenia Boulevard, and the well-known golf courses of Campoamor and Villamartin are 20 minutes away.

Schöne, großzügige Wohnung mit einer großen Terrasse und Gartenblick. Sauber und bequem. Den schönen Naufragosstrand kann man in wenigen Minuten ereichen. Ebenso schön ist der Weg nach Punta Prima, der entlang des Meeresufers verläuft und wo auch mehrere kleinere Strände zugänglich sind. Sehr zu empfehlen.
