Brand new apartament located in La Mata, 1 minute walking from the beach and natural pine woods.
The apartment is located on the second floor, air-conditioned, fully equipped with the access to the wireless Internet and a Smart TV.
It has a living room with a bed-settee, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. There are 2 lifts in the building and an access for the disabled.
The apartment has a terrace with the view at the swimming pool, pine wood and sea. The roof terrace offers a panoramic and outstanding view over the sea, beaches, salt lakes and area.
All amenities in a walking distance.

Linen and towels are provided (towels not to be used for swimming or beach).

The price of the apartment does not include cleaning charge of €50 - paid on collecting the keys.
All rentals require a refundable security deposit of €150 which is returned after inspection - fee added during the booking.
