Special conditions for long-stay reservations (14 days or more):

- Electricity: Guests will be charged USD$0.25/kWh based on the electricity metre reading. Therefore, upon arrival, the guest must pay a deposit equal to the sum obtained by multiplying the number of days of the stay by USD$10.00. At the end of the stay, if electricity consumption is less than the deposit paid, the guest will be refunded the difference. If, on the other hand, the metre reading exceeds the deposit, the guest will be required to pay the difference.


- Housekeeping: Cleaning and the change of sheets and towels in the apartments for long-term stays will be performed once a week (for short-term stays, daily).
