We highly recommend renting a 4x4 vehicle and/or quads for your duration of stay at Casa Elya, especially during the rainy season. The majority of your transportation will be on rutted dirt roads.These roads are mostly accessible by 4x4 and with many isolated and wild areas, an exploration vehicle is invaluable

Charming Tico House

The ocean view from this property was exceptional. The house was roomy yet charming and full of the character. Getting there is not easy. The directions were not precise, we were given the coordinates but as our phone couldn't connect to the internet this information wasn't useful. The road in is extremely rough, requiring a 4x4 and very experienced and confidant driver. The pool is wonderful and also gives an ocean view but there aren't any loungers provided.

Une vue à couper le souffle!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour d’une semaine. La vue est extraordinaire, le jardin autour de la maison l’est aussi. Les perroquets verts venaient nous saluer à chaque fin de jour pendant qu’on admirait le coucher du soleil. Un vrai paradis! Tout y est pour cuisiner et la maison décorée à la mexicaine a une âme. Vinicio et son épouse habitent sur place et s’occupent de tout l’entretien et sont vraiment aimables. J’allais oublier la piscine, elle est immense et à toute heure du jour c’est un plaisir d’y nager. Ève Sylvestrr
