A lovely spacious villa in the hills, with sea and mountain views, 5 minute drive fromthe sea and Les Issambres. Beautiful pool, 5 good sized air conditioned en-suite double bedrooms, a/c throughout, plenty of space to sit and eat outside (although it was too hot when we were there in August) and plenty of parking (although not always in the shade). Good for 2 families as 3 bedrooms at one side and 2 at the other. 100 to bring our dog. Good communication with owner and people looking after the villa. Twin beds in one room must be requested in advance. Sheets and one pillow per person provided, no duvets.

Unfortunately, several significant issues arose during our stay that considerably detracted from the quality of our holiday.Right from the start, we encountered problems with wild boars on the property. As we were traveling with a dog, this was particularly unpleasant. The animals repeatedly gathered near the pool area and were difficult to drive away.Another issue was that only one remote control for the entrance gate was provided for the large estate.In addition, our stay was disrupted by a property viewing that lasted around two hours; we were informed during this time that the owner intends to sell the house. This makes us very hesitant about booking again in the future.Consequently, a deduction of 300 euros was applied. It was only after we inquired that we were told the outdoor grill cover was allegedly missing. However, we had recorded a video upon arrival clearly showing that the cover was already missing when we checked in.Furthermore, a defect in the refrigerator door mechanism was discovered the very first time we opened it—an issue that was reported and documented right from the start. There was also significant noise disturbance in the bedroom, as the pool equipment was located directly beneath it and would start making loud noises at 6 a.m. Given the price, I would advise against staying here.

Excellent experience

Fully satisfied. Matched and exceeded my expectations on all dimensions. You can see that behind this location there is somebody who likes quality, and diversity. I have no hesitation in recommending it to anybody interested in a top quality accomodation (in our case for a 1 week family reunion August 2023 - retrospectively we should have stayed 1 week longer) with excellent responsiveness and support from the host and his team.

Les Issambres Summer 2024

Our family, aged 8 to 70 years old, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this stunning, modern, spacious, private and beautifully decorated villa. It had everything that we needed and more with a lovely pool and outside seating and eating areas, spacious bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, some even with a jacuzzi bath! Large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with a view of the bay and cool air con. A couple of minutes drive to the beach and approximately 30 minutes to St. Tropez by Bateau Vert. A superb villa in a lovely part of the world. Thank you Jean-Paul and Mum for a spotlessly clean villa and assistance whenever needed and Mr Wiestner for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home. We’d love to come back soon!

Amazing property!

This home is beautifully appointed and fully stocked for a comfortable stay. We really appreciated the AC throughout the house and the modern appliances. The beds were all very comfortable and the rooms so spacious. The wifi signal strength was poor/non-existent in some areas of the house which made it difficult when multiple people needed to take calls and conferences at the same time and had to then share the space with the strongest wifi. A signal booster may help. Property manager was so helpful and responsive. I would suggest providing a few extra towels for poolside use. Other than that we were all very pleased and would stay again!
