Drop the remote controlled retractable screen to enjoy fresh air and desert breezes. An updated gourmet kitchen, elegant dining room and abundant skylights throughout add to the ambiance.

Consider inviting family members or another couple (or 2!) to enjoy the Mission Hills experience. Everyone will appreciate the convenient attached garage (rarely found in this location) and private front entry. The 2nd bedroom features a queen sized bed (Both Master and 2nd bedroom new mattresses 2017), ceiling fan and high definition TV. A pleasurable experience in this wonderful villa.

My wife and I stayed in this terrific golf villa from mid March to the end of April 2018. From our initial contact with the owners, all communication was extremely prompt and professional in nature. They were very accommodating and helpful in all aspects of our stay. The villa had every amenity possible with well stocked supplies and kitchen accessories.The location overlooking the 18th green of the Mission Hills Golf and CC from the patio was especially beautiful and very peaceful for enjoying a late afternoon glass of wine. We also enjoyed the use of the bikes and golf cart, enabling us to get a great feel for the community. Thank you for being wonderful hosts and providing us with a great experience.

Our busy lives raising two wonderful boys and working for a customer oriented Fortune 500 company will not allow us to use our condo as much as we would like. We continue to enjoy our Michigan summers golfing and spending time with family and friends close by. You can have confidence we will ensure that your stay in our home will meet all your expectations.

Why they chose this property

We have had our eye on the Coachella Valley ever since Rob's parents owned a second home in California hosting many Palm Springs golf trips starting 20 years ago. It has been our dream to be able to own our vacation home in the desert and we are now fortunate enough to do that. All of the great area golf, arts, dining, and entertainment just make us feel at home. After looking at many properties we couldn't resist the pull of this villa - absolutely phenomenal location and views, the perfect size, unique features and the attached garage moved to the top of the list.

What makes this property unique

We really hope that you will enjoy the benefits our home and Mission Hills has to offer. The center opening sliding walls of the living room are an original feature of the home that give you that true mid-century 'Palm Springs feeling.' The view looking out over the 18th green and being able see the famous Dinah Shore finishing hole is awesome. For golf fans who watch the LPGA ANA, it is fun to know that our home is often in the background during the broadcast. You will be close enough to walk to the Mission Hills club house and may want to investigate opportunities to take advantage of the activities that the Club and Club Corp makes available to its members. And yes - need to again mention the attached garage. This is truly a unique feature for comparable villas in this location and allows for added privacy and much greater convenience.
