Surrounded by rolling fields yet within a short drive of local amenities and a very good pub serving food.The immediate surroundings are perfect for cyclist and walkers - the quiet roads are actually signposted as being cycle and walk-friendly and the Cateran Trail can be joined nearby - a circular 64 mile walk through some amazing scenery. There are local shops and good eateries at Coupar Angus, Newtyle and Ardler ,while further afield , the V & A, Glamis Castle and Scone Palace are popular cultural attractions.
