This apartment is, set across the first floor of a purpose built property, are well-appointed and are located close to the river embankment. Each apartment has its own balcony which is accessible from the living/dining room and main bedroom. There is a spacious, secluded, landscaped area to the rear of the property that can be used by residents for sunbathing and BBQing. You are within walking distance of the many pubs, restaurants, shops and activities this lovely town has to offer.

Fabulous stay

Clean and well positioned property. The property was extremely clean and is well laid out with a good size kitchen very functional shower room and two nice sized bedrooms on at front and one at the rear with a good sized living room between them and not forgetting the balcony with view. This property was immaculately clean and although not huge, very central, and perfect for a stay in Dartmouth. The kitchen was well equipped. We would stay here again!
