This apartment is, set across the second floor of a purpose built property, it is well-appointed and located close to the river embankment. This apartment has its own balcony which is accessible from the living/dining room and main bedroom. There is a spacious, secluded, landscaped area to the rear of the property. You are within walking distance of the many pubs and restaurants this lovely town has to offer.

- you do not use bowls from the kitchen for your pet
- you clean up after your pet.

Have to walk through rubbish area then up external concrete stairs to flat. Parking space awkward to get into but ok for small car. Once inside, flat was warm, welcoming and nicely decorated and furnished. Some of the fittings and equipment looked new although kitchen tap dripped. Efficient, plentiful heating, great bathroom and decent, matching crockery.. Nice outside sitting area. Would definitely stay again. It would have been useful to have been sent a list of items that are provided, as I took several things that I didn't need.
