Perfectly located, a short walk to Torquay harbour and Meadfoot beach with some unique and exceptional views.

The accommodation is compact, consisting of a pull down bed, shower, toilet, sink and table and chairs. It would perfectly suit those looking for a cosy and comfortable place to rest a for the night but looking to be out and about during the day.

Although attached to the main building the accommodation has its own entrance and is completely private.

There is so much to do and see in Torquay, Lawnette is ideally suited to those looking to make the most of their time out and about exploring and experiencing what the local area has to offer but want a high quality and comfortable space to sleep at night.

What makes this property unique

I suppose the room is compatible with a hotel room but with the benefit of being completely private and self contained.

The views, particularly at night are magical!
