Riverside Court 1 and 2 (maximum occupancy 6 people per apartment) PET FRIENDLY

Situated in the heart of Dartmouth, these two well-appointed and recently refurbished apartments are located on the first and second floors of Riverside Court. Each apartment has uninterrupted views of the River Dart. There is a balcony with seating which can be accessed from the living/dining area where you can enjoy the stunning views of the river and watch the world go by. You are within walking distance of the many pubs, restaurants, shops and activities this lovely town has to offer.

Each apartment has:
Two bedrooms – 1 x double and a single, 1 x twin plus a sofa bed in the lounge
Family bathroom

Fitted kitchen with modern appliances
Parking for 1 VEHICLE IS INCLUDED IN PRICE, PARKING SPACE IS LOCATED IN VICTORIA RD APPROX. 10 MINUTES WALK FROM PROPERTY

Pets are allowed. There is an additional charge of £50 per pet per week. Pet rules. We accept well behaved pets ( sorry-no puppies under 12 months old and subject to a maximum of 2 per property). We kindly ask that:
- you do not allow your pet(s) on the furniture
- you do not leave your pet(s) unattended
- you do not use bowls from the kitchen for your pet
- you clean up after your pet.

Amazing view over river Dart

A lovely situated apartment with a beautiful view of the river side. The apartment was spacious and clean with lots of beds. The bathroom had recently been updated but the kitchen although dated had everything we needed, and the washing machine was a pleasant addition!
