Lejligheden ligger i en rolig omgivelse mellem Vestvoldens smukke natur og 5 minutters gåafstand til Frederikssundsvej(Husum), med en god transportforbinelse, med 5c, 350s, 200s, 166 og Husum station som er 7 min gågang fra Husum torv, og bus 22 som
kører helt til døren.
Søger kvinder helst i længere perioder, som et års tid. Perfekt for to studerende som søger et fast sted i København, eller working holiday.
**Prisen indeholder privat rum og hele lejligheden, eftersom jeg er ude og rejse**
Lejeprisen er inkl vand, varme, el, WiFi, og vasketøj. Der betales et depositum på 5000kr. Ingen dyr er tillad, ingen rygning i huset. Søger kvindelig Roomies fra allerede denne måned af.

I’m renting a nice three-room apartment with a large balcony.
The apartment is located in a quiet environment between the beautiful nature of Vestvolden and 5 minutes walking distance to Frederikssundsvej (Husum), with a good transport connection 5c, 350s, 200s, 166 and Husum station which is 7 min walk from husum torv, and bus 22 which will drive you all the way to the door.
Looking for a long term female roomie about a year (can be changed.) Perfect for students seeking a permanent place in Copenhagen, pair of female friends or working holiday. The room is available with CPR from August. **The price contains a private room and a whole apartment, since I will be traveling**
The price includes water, heating, electricity, WiFi, (clothes washing) and insurance. And a deposit of 5000kr. No pets allowed, no smoking in the house. Looking for Female roomies from this month.
