Maison proche de la plage mais un peu bruyante
Bon séjour en Bretagne.
La maison est a 300m de la plage mais proche de la route et mal isolée phoniquement. La literie est vétuste.
Néanmoins, de la place pour les amis de passage avec ses 4 chambres.

Bon séjour général, charme d'un intérieur très simple.
Un bon séjour. Gigi facilite beaucoup l'arrivée et le départ et la maison est idéalement située près de la plage. Les lits sont faits et des serviettes mis à disposition. C est très appréciable. Par contre les équipements de la maison sont vieillissants et la maison est très sonore. Les lits doubles sont petits en largeur et longueur. Néanmoins nous sommes ravis de notre location. Merci

Une maison très bien placée mais humide
La maison est grande, bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Elle est humide et mal isolée. Le parking n'est pas accessible quand il pleut (la voiture s'embourbe). Le voisin est un crétin désagréable. La plage à 300 m est magnifique.

Une infiltration malencontreuse d'eau suite à la tempête ayant décroché des ardoises a entraîné une humidité dans la maison qui est par ailleurs dotée de fenêtres à double vitrage, d'un chauffage central performant et dont les combles sont isolées. Le chemin d'accès va être renforcé car il apparaît clairement que la terre ne se soit pas assez tassée après les travaux du nouveau branchement électrique. En ce qui concerne le voisin, un panneau fléché indiquant plus clairement l'entrée de la propriété va être posé! Merci pour votre retour, dommage pour les étoiles!!
