Big place with 3 bedrooms, 3 bath. No living room, just a kitchen with table and a small couch. In summer, the roof deck is the living area. No good in bad weather. Biggest problem was the noise from the owners place. Loud talking to 11.00 or 12.00 many nights. Kept awake all night by TV left on one night. Dog barking at 3.00 and 4.00 am. Screaming children.

Communication with the Andrea was spotty. At times taking a whole day for him to respond. The apartment had 3 bedrooms 2 of which had bathrooms, this was nice for us because we were 2 couples. The main living area was very small consisting of a kitchen and a tiny den with a child size couch. This area had very little natural light which made it dingy and gloomy. The roof top terrace was large and open. The wicker furniture was tired with frayed edges and weathered pillows. The most annoying part was the dog that was kept in the roof top storage / access room. The dog barked constantly all day long. Non stop barking for no reason at all. I complained to Andrea about this by text but he never replied. Also, the listing included a hot tub but there is no hot tub. In the end we couldn’t enjoy the roof top because of the dog and staying the appartement other than to sleep and eat wasn’t an option. We were so aggravated that we left 2 days early. By rights we are owed a two day credit.

3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with the washer and dryer were very convenient. One of the beds was broken making the head of the bed lower than the feet. When we asked the host about this he never answered. Minimal towels and pillows were adequate, but not comfortable. There was no hot tub which was highlighted in the listing as included. This was one of the reasons we specifically chose this location. Additionally the terrace was not clean nor functional for use. Breakfast was offered but when asked how to schedule either no reply was given or when we called it took several attempts to get an answer. When trying to find exactly where we were staying we had to call and he was very short with us and before we could ask all questions, he hung up on us. We did not end up getting a breakfast during our stay. There were plenty of dishes. Several had been left in the dishwasher, but they were dirty and required washing before we could use. The a/c worked great and definitely was needed. I would say communication with the host was the most difficult part of this stay.

appartement grand (3 chambres et 3 salles de bain) et meme pièces très grandes. Très bien situé pour visiter le centre de Lecce à pied. Accès facile en voiture et parking a proximité, payant si on ne veut pas passer de temps a chercher les rares places libres dans les rues.En revanche, appartement sonore. On entend les voisins parler ou la télévision. C'est un peu dommage.

Amazing property and host

We can't recommend the property and the host highly enough -- as a family of five exploring Puglia, we enjoyed the beautiful and spacious apartment, where everything is newly renovated and immaculately clean. Moreover, the host Andrea goes above and beyond to make the stay and trip great -- even generously giving his time to help us plan our itinerary each day and make reservations at restaurants and beach clubs, not to mention preparing breakfast on the beautiful roof terrace and stocking the fridge with cold Peroni beer. This is a perfect location and launching pad for exploring Lecce and the rest of Puglia.
