Welcome to a fantastically nice accommodation in this nice terraced house with terrace directly adjacent to the Kebal area's salt water canal with the opportunity to swim directly from the terrace area. In the area there is also a child-friendly sandy beach and a small canal for crab fishing, in addition you live next to Strömstads SPA with their entire range of activities, swimming, bar and restaurant. Not only that, on the other side of the area, Nötholmen's nature reserve expands with nice hiking trails, running trails, beaches and on the top of the island there is a barbecue hut where you can hike, grill and watch the sun go down in the northwest. From the area you can easily get on to the central parts of Strömstad via a cable car that goes over the salt water of Bojarkilen. Strömstads GK golf course is within walking distance beyond the parking garage. From the welcoming entrance you enter the hall of the townhouse and further into an open well-equipped kitchen with bar counter, hob, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, ice machine, coffee machine, coffee maker and dishwasher, the kitchen turns into a living room with dining table and cozy sofa group with TV, from the living room you then reach a lovely terrace area with balcony awning. Via the balcony bath ladder can take you a cooling dip. A bathroom with shower is also on this floor. The terraced house has three floors, on the second floor there are two bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and in the other bedroom there is a bunk bed where the width of the lower bed of 120 fits nicely for an adult and a child. Both bedrooms have access to a balcony, the larger of which is in the evening sun position, on the second floor is the house's second bathroom with shower and washing machine. The third floor consists of a living room with TV and a cozy sleeping alcove with double bed. The cottage has a fiber connection and a modern sound system.
