Afgelegen, schoon, compleet en voor herhaling vatbaar

Prachtig en compleet huis, afgelegen en berijdbaar via een landweg. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles was schoon en goed onderhouden. Zwembad werd ook gecontroleerd op waardes en dagelijks schoongemaakt door het filter systeem en de robot. Geen enkele negatieve ervaring gehad en goede duidelijke instructies gekregen bij aankomst. Je moet wel even rijden om bij de winkels in de buurt te komen maar als je dat eenmaal weet is dat geen enkel probleem. Voor herhaling vatbaar

Dieser Urlaub war von Anfang bis zum Ende herausragend. Ein sehr herzlicher Empfang in dieser wundervollen Casa. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet... mit allem was man braucht. Der Außenbereich ist sehr groß und gepflegt. Die Ruhe muss man mögen und wollen, dann ist es die perfekte Unterkunft. Eaucht man unbedingt. Die Wege sind sehr ursprünglic

Een erg fijn vakantiehuis! Het huis is groot, zeer schoon en biedt voldoende faciliteiten (grote keuken met apparatuur, 3 badkamers, horren). Het zwembad in de tuin is erg fijn en je hebt een prachtig uitzicht over Italië. Er zijn voldoende zitjes in de tuin. Het huis staat ver verwijderd van andere huizen, waardoor je echt je eigen plek hebt. Laatste punt is ook meteen het nadeel: het huis is ver verwijderd van bijv. De supermarkt (+/- 20 minuten rijden). Het vinden van het huis was daarnaast erg ingewikkeld; een goede routebegeleiding is gewenst. Een ander nadeel is de (zéér) grote hoeveelheid insecten (motten, vliegen, muggen kevers, sprinkhanen) rondom het huis. Kan het huis niks aan doen, maar kan vervelend zijn als je ‘s avonds in de tuin zit. Top huis!

Das große Haus mit Grundstück ist sehr schön und der Pool bringt uns allen genau die richtige Abkühlung. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Vermieterin begrüßt und es wurde uns alles erklärt und gezeigt. Wir fühlen uns sehr wohl, hier kann man sehr gut entspannen und auch mit Hund sehr zu empfehlen. Die Wege um die Felder und Wälder sind zwar etwas steiler, aber wunderschön und in den Abendstunden schön zu laufen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft ☺️

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in den Marken

Wenn man Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe sucht ist dies die perfekte Lokation. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet und bietet alles für einen geruhsamen Urlaub. Die Bilder entsprechen im wesentlichen der Realität. Einziges Manko ist, dass das Grundstück im Gegensatz zur Beschreibung nicht komplett eingezäumt ist. Da man aber abseits liegt - nächstes Haus 1km entfernt - war das nicht ganz so schlimm (Reise mit Hund).

We werden opgewacht door de vriendelijke eigenaresse en we kregen een korte rondleiding over het terrein. Ondanks dat zij geen Engels sprak, kregen we goede informatie over bezienswaardigheden in de buurt. Het huis van alle gemakken voorzien en was schoon en ruim. Het zwembad was heerlijk en zorgde voor aangename afkoeling. Wij waren maar met zijn tweeën maar de tuin was groot genoeg voor een heel gezelschap. In de buurt zelf is niet veel te doen, maar wanneer je voor rust en privacy komt, is dit een ideale accommodatie. Het enige minpuntje was dat er veel wespen op het zwembad water (en in de avond) grote Europese Hoornaars op de voordeur afkomen. Mensen die allergisch zijn moeten dus zeker een epi-pen meenemen. Al met al een heerlijk verblijf en wij zouden zonder twijfel nog een keer boeken!

Tranquillità assoluta

La casa rispecchia perfettamente l'annuncio e le foto sul sito e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'accoglienza è stata eccezionale e al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato perfino un cesto di benvenuto con frutta e verdura locale. Le stanze sono tutte spaziose, luminose e fresche. L'arredamento è grazioso e i letti comodissimi. I 3 bagni sono larghi e pulitissimi e la cucina perfettamente funzionale e fornita di tutto, ma proprio tutto! Gli spazi esterni sono curati e la piscina molto gradevole. La casa è molto isolata e c'è una privacy assoluta ma in un raggio di 10-15 minuti di macchina si trova tutto: Negozi, bar, ristoranti ecc. C'è molto da fare in zona e per tutti i gusti: trekking, visite a città storiche (Urbino è a mezz'ora per esempio) e per andare al mare bastano 30-40 minuti. Ripeto, quello che vedete nelle foto è esattamente quello che trovate al vostro arrivo. La cosa più bella in assoluto? Il panorama !!
