Top Wohnung
Wir haben unserern Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
Die Wohnung war wunderbar. Sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und es war alles da, was man brauchte. Auch die Fliegengitter an jedem Fenster waren toll.
Sehr nah am Busbahnhof, um rasch nach Venedig zu kommen.
Das Beste war aber der Vermieter: Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und bekamen eine außergewöhnlich umfangreiche Einführung. Stefano erklärte uns wo wir einkaufen können, wie wir nach Venedig kommen, was wir bachten sollten usw. Ein kleines essbares Begrüßungspaket war sogar auch vorhanden :-)
Alle Infos waren großartig und sehr hilfreich. Auch die Infos direkt in Venedig mit Restaurant-Guide. Wir haben lecker gegessen :-)
Der Check-in und Check-out verlief absolut reibungslos und sehr entspannt.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen!!!
Und wenn wir noch einmal nach Venedig wollen, werden wir garantiert wieder diese Wohnung wählen.

Wir haben 6 Nächte in dieser tollen Wohnung verbracht und haben uns jeden Moment sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an Stefano und Chih!
Die beiden haben eine sehr bewusste und hochwertige Ausstattung gewählt mit vielen Aufmerksamkeiten, die nicht selbstverständlich sind, wie z. B. Sekt im Kühlschrank, Kaffee und Tee, Essig/ Öl, Shampoo und Duschgel etc. Sogar ein Staubsauger- Roboter stand zur Verfügung.
Alles ist in einem sehr guten und neuwertigen Zustand.
Matratzen waren super! Handtücher, Bettwäsche alles top.
Auch die vielen Tipps zu Venedig und Mestre waren außergewöhnlich und sehr hilfreich.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral, das Auto konnten wir kostenlos in einer nahen Tiefgarage abstellen. Zum Bus nach Venedig sind es 3 Minuten. In Mestre ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen.
Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!!

Absolut empfehlenswert
Wir waren für 3 Nächte in Mestre, um Venedig mit der Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder im Alter von 8 und 11 Jahren) zu erkunden.
Die Ferienwohnung von Stefano war dafür ideal. Er und Chih haben hier ein Schmuckstück geschaffen, mit allem, was man braucht (Klimaanlage, Garten/Terrasse, voll ausgestattete Küche, separatem WC etc.). Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber.
Stefano und Chih sind tolle Gastgeber, die jede Menge Tipps für Venedig und Mestre für uns hatten. Danke dafür. Von der Wohnung aus erreicht man die Bushaltestelle in 5 min. zu Fuß, von dort aus ist man in weniger als 15 min. am Placa de Roma und somit mitten im Geschehen.
Parken kann man für rund 10€/Tag ca. 100m entfernt von der Ferienwohnung, die in einem ruhigen Viertel liegt. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzger und Cafés sind fußläufig erreichbar.
