Maximum capacity 4 people. The apartment, together with 4 other apartments, makes up the Flowery Residence. Very quiet area and convenient to the city's main attractions. Check-in time: 15:00 to 20:00. Arrivals between 20:00 and 23:00 may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival).

The location was great with regards to close to the train station, in a slightly less busy area but still really quick to get to the main sights. The main issue is that it is also close to the main night bars so it was quite loud on Saturday night. The second bedroom had no real window covering so was very bright in the morning.

Pensiamo possa essersi trattato di un evento isolato, poiché generalmente l’appartamento è molto silenzioso e non si segnalano disturbi. Ti ringraziamo anche per il suggerimento relativo alla seconda camera: la tenda è già presente, ma valuteremo comunque l’eventuale aggiunta di una soluzione che possa oscurare maggiormente la stanza per migliorare ulteriormente il comfort degli ospiti.

This apartment is perfect for “living like a Venetian”. The neighborhood has everything you need without being touristy. We could have stayed a week just to try all the amazing restaurants within 5 minutes of the apartment. The space is not fancy or updated but it is a lot of space and very comfortable. Our only downside: the single unit washer dryer completely confused us and ended up locked so we couldn’t get our clothes out of it. 4 cycles later, we finally figured out you cannot adjust the timing or process. Let it run and allow it to cool for hours without touching it. Who knew!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Venice! The location was in a great safe location —easy to walk to all the main sights, shops, and restaurants. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, especially the laundry machine. The host was welcoming and made everything simple. We’d happily stay here again!

It was a great residence with a semi private garden. It was clean and spotless. The beds were very comfortable. There was a small problem in the main bathroom shower. The shower head is broken and leaks and needs to be repaired. Outside of that it was a wonderful place, well located, and well maintained.
