After visiting Kalkan on holiday a couple of times, we decided we wanted to spend more time there and decided to buy. At the moment we are only spending 2 or 3 weeks a year, but hopefully that will get more later. We only had a few rentals last year, mainly to friends, hence no reviews on here but some on Villa website.

Why they chose this property

We choose this villa as it has five goods size bedrooms and a private pool and not too much outside area to keep looking nice. But the big win is its proximity to town. Only ten minutes walking gets you to the centre of town and after a good feed and drink the same home without have to tackle the steeper hills leading to the villas a little further out. We haven't used a taxi since having the villa.
