A charming 4 Bedroom Lakefront house (3600 sq. ft) located in Deerfields private community with a gentle walk to the dock. Come relax and enjoy this perfect family vacation home for the 2019 season. The covered dock can accommodate two boats (one covered) and has two JetSki porst.
The Deerfield home is located on a cul-de-sac with easy turn arounds in front of the house or at the end of the street. As a Deerfield Resort guest, you'll be able to enjoy the many amenities of the community which include the swimming pool, tennis courts, or sand volleyball. Drive a few minutes down the road and play a round of golf at The Greens at Deerfield's beautiful 6800-yard 18 hole championship course designed by Bobby Clampett, a PGA Touring Professional and Broadcaster. Enjoy the nearby Tiki Bar Restaurant at Deerfield Marina only 3 miles away from house by car. Dine at the Shanghai Restuarant only 15 minutes by boat.

Renters must be age 25 or older and provide drivers license I.D. – we encourage you to enjoy our home and lake to the fullest with the understanding that this is a family residential neighborhood with many full time residents. Late night wild parties will not be tolerated.

All rentals are to families and responsible adults only. No high school, college or civic groups, chaperoned or not, are permitted.
