Villa with beautiful back yard

Our family enjoyed a wonderfully decorated villa in Sorrento. The property manager Svetlana made it easy to check in and out. We used their services for transportation as well. The pool was very refreshing during the hot days in Sorrento, it was very peaceful. We will never forget that time in Italy.

Adequate

The pool was very nice the house was adequate and very nice to have a bathroom in each bedroom. The walk down to the town for dinner and groceries was treacherous. The steep climb was hard for seniors. The location was far from city center and restaurants and shopping The pool was very nice and so was the garden. I would not recommend it to others.

Great for a large family.

We were a family of 6 (4 kids 17,17,20,21) with grandma along with us. The division of the rooms and space was quite nice. The response to any of our needs was very prompt and attentive. Having the ability to use the pool if we had visited later in the season would have been a great edition. It was a little walk into town and it is up a very steep hill to get back but all of this was indicated in the description and was OK with us. It gave us a chance to work off the amazing dinners we've had along the way.

Very disappointing

The photos in the advert are misleading as this rental comprises part of the ground floor only, the owners live in the property and the floors above are seperate rentals. We arrived on a late flight and the owner was not welcoming at all . Svetlana the property manager was very friendly and helpful but she was not on site and we communicated by Whats App after the first day. Essentials should have been readily available but this was not the case. We were told that the apartment would be cleaned twice during our 10 day stay and if we wanted clean towels, sheets or toilet paper we just had to ask. We should not have to ask for essentials. On day 5, I asked when we would get some cleaning and fresh towels and was told it would be that day but there was no cleaning. The kitchen is very tired and was dirty on arrival, I was not prepared to cook in it. The outside area, pool and garden is well maintained but the interior is not and the bins were not emptied in 10 days. The owners have dogs and there was yapping on and off all day and sometimes at night. It is close to the main area of Sorrento but the walk is mainly uphill and the final part is very uneven and unsightly.
