If we could give 15 stars, we would in a heartbeat . There aren't enough adjectives to describe this villa . It's spell bounding and magical. Delicious and oh, we could have stayed for ever!!Sabatino, out host was extremely gracious, he arranged a private boat tour for us that will stay in our memories for years to come. If you want a once in a lifetime memory with a stunning view, this is it.

The property is wonderful, perfect for a couple to spread out, big enough for 4 people. The hosts are the best we have ever had. Nunzia and Sabatini made sure that we, as foreign travelers, had everything we needed, including arranging rides to and from the train station, helping us with the local buses, and Sabatini, the owner, brought groceries to us upon check-in because it was a Sunday and the local store was closed. They really care about travelers, and made everything about our trip perfect. I highly recommend.

Sabitino and Nunzia were great hosts. The view from property was outstanding, plenty of room in the house. Restaurants, cafe, wine shop and grocery store were all within a 5 minute walk. The proprty was close to a couple of bus stops that gave you access to the entire Amalfi coast. Would definitely go back again

Amazing Place!!!

We could not ask for a better location, home and overall friendly owners. This place is amazing. The rooms and bathrooms are beautiful as well as the gardens. The view is spectacular and waking up to the ocean was just incredible. We would definitely come back and stay again.

Beautiful quiet retreat

Thank you Sabatino for being such a great host and pointing us every time in the right direction. Conca di Marini is a nice quiet town and a beautiful peaceful retreat from the daytime business while visiting the many surrounding Amalfi coast larger towns. Parking was easily arranged with great little restaurants at a walking distance. Absolutely loved it!

The villa is everything the pictures say it is. The views are spectacular. The breezes off the water are nice. The hosts are always available and run a really nice shop right at the top of the stairs. In the square you have a very nice restaurant where the food is very good. Within a 10 minute walk you have two restaurants, shops, cappuccino, and desserts that are fantastic. Walking to the public beach is down stairs and it takes a good 20 minutes. The public beach also has a restaurant a shop for ice cream and a place to rent lounge chairs and umbrellas. For just a few more dollars (vs renting chairs and umbrellas) you can skip alot of the stairs and go to the Belvedere Beach club, which is pretty spectacular, with several decks, areas to jump in the sea and a very reasonable luch menu. Also, you can get a ride back up to the villa in for a fair fee. The water and jumping areas are amazing. The hosts, Sabatino and Nunzia, are quite gracious. Sabatino was raised here and has an amazing story. The “town” seems like one big (actually not so big as I believe only 400 people live here) family which you sense at night in the square. Nunzia is always available to set up day trips and rides. We rented a boat with a captain for a six hour tour of the Amalfi coast, and it was incredible. We stopped and swam several times and had lunch a a very nice restaurant mid way. Cant say enough about the hosts or the villa! We would absolutely stay here again!!

We rented this beatiful Villa for 15 days, it was an incredible time with the most spectacular view, unforgattable places to explore, and unbelievably delicious food. Quiet town, amazing views

This villa has the most amazing views! We loved the little town, although the stairs to the beach were prohibitive. The beach itself, though rocky, was absolutely wonderful. Like the town itself, the beach is out of the way, small, and a wonderful respite from the overly crowded and touristy Amalfi coast. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great time at the Amalfi Coast

The home in Via Roma is in a great (!) location, spacious and well equipped. Good internet and two full bathrooms are a plus. Working with the hosts was easy and quick, they are very helpful and friendly. There is a grocery, a wine shop and a very good restaurant, all within 2 minutes walk. Sitting on the deck and looking at the ocean is fantastic vacation! Glad we came…..

Spectacular vista

Our 5 day stay was a highlight of our 25 day travel to Spain and Italy. Peaceful and relaxing time on the large patio with incredible views. We (2 adults) were in the area before the season began, so many restaurants were still closed, but the restaurant/pizzeria at the Puazza de Nino was great and convenient, along with other basic stores. Our host Sabatino was the perfect host. Highest ratings all around— hopefully we can return.

Amalfi coast destination

We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at the villa. Sabatino is a very gracious and helpful host. His shop is only steps away on the street above the villa. We talked to him every day of our stay. The villa would be roomy and comfortable for four adults. We appreciated having two bathrooms, a comfortable bed, and a terrace with a beautiful Mediterranean view. We highly recommend this accommodation.

What a great vacation. Sabatino’s home was perfect for us. Located in the beautiful town of Conca dei Marini, which is quieter than the congested areas of the coast but still boasts great dining and beach areas. Easy walking distance to outstanding restaurants. Pizzeria da Nino, Le Bonte del Capo and the Monastery Santa Rosa. The home itself is amazing. Comfortable, spacious, well appointed and the views… Magnifico!
