Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. So weit war es sauber und ordentlich. Lediglich die Teppiche hätten eine bessere Reinigung verdient. Da waren noch viele Hundehaare von den Vorgängern drauf. Ansonsten alles top. Der tägliche Besuch der Enten im Garten ist hervorzuheben. Ein schönes Erlebnis an jedem Tag.

Anlage insgesamt sehr gepflegt. Hellhörig, aber nicht übermäßig. Die Wohnung ist unkomfortabel eingerichtet und nur oberflächlich sauber. Das Badezimmer benötigt ausgiebige Pflege.Für 4 Personen nur 3 Gartenstühle. Fenster sind undicht, was bei starkem Wind sehr deutlich wird.

Die Betten in der Ferienwohnung waren bei unserer Ankunft total sandig. Wir bekamen nach Rückmeldung entsprechend andere Matratzenüberzüge und Bettlaken. Die Kissen sind jedoch nicht nach heutigem Standard. So ist die ganze Ferienwohnung offensichtlich seit Jahren nicht renoviert und in Teilen erneuert wurde. Die Beleuchtung ist gerade ausreichend. Der Staubsauger verteilt nur den unangenehmen Geruch aus dem überfüllten Staubsaugerbeutel. Die Küchenutensilien sind nicht komplett und einheitlich. Die gesamte Wohnung ist staubig wegen der vielen Dekorationsblumen. Die Teppiche sind wegen der Hunde, die mitgebracht werden können, total mit Hundehaaren durchsetzt. Es ist dadurch hygienisch kaum tragbar. Im Badezimmer war die Duschstangenbefestigung lose. Auch der Hausmeister konnte diesen Makel nicht vollständig beheben. Wir hatten eher das Gefühl, in einer Jugendherberge zu wohnen, als in einer verhältnismäßig hochpreisigen Ferienwohnung. Andere Wohnungen in dieser Anlage waren hingegen hervorragend. Schade.

Wohnung ok,

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, Einrichtung gemütlich, Kücheneinrichtung ausreichend. Leider sind die Fensterlüftungen nicht dicht, was bei dem erlebtem Starkwind zum heulen innerhalb der Wohnung führte und es zog. Die Matrazen im Kinderzimmer waren sehr schlecht.

Gute Lage - für Familien mit und ohne Hund

Kurze Entfernung zum Strand, super auch für Hunde. Viel Sportmöglichkeiten. Gastronomie, Bars ausbaufähig. Unterkunft gut, im Detail fehlt die Sauberkeit. ZB Küchengeräte.

Die Lage war gut. Wir hatten im Haus alles was wir brauchten. Einziger Kritipunkt ist , die Vorhänge haben im Schlafzimmer nicht gut abgedunkelte und wenn es sehr windig war hatte Mann bei offenem Fenster und geschlossener Tür ein sehr lautes Windgeräusch.

Ausreichend Platz in guter Lage

Der Aufenthalt mit einer 4-köpfigen Familie war problemlos möglich, Platz ist ausreichend vorhanden. Der Wohnbereich ist modern und funktionell eingerichtet. Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ausreichend. Dadurch, dass Haustiere in der Wohnung zulässig sind, finden sich in den Teppichböden in den beiden Schlafzimmern (es handelt sich um eine Art rauen Nylonbodenbelag) viele Hundehaare. Die Sauberkeit i. Ü. war aber okay. Der helle Teppich unter dem Esstisch ist nicht ganz optimal gewählt. Insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub in einer ruhig gelegenen Wohnung mit kurzem Fußweg zum Strand. Wir würden wiederkommen.
