The house is located at the end of a small, quiet cul-de-sac within a well-kept and ingrown complex, close to the entrance and only a few steps away from the dunes and the beach. Children can quickly get to the extensive central area with a playground and lake via a small footpath.
To the garden there is a sheltered sun terrace with garden furniture and a spacious swing, next to the house there is a private parking space.
The furnishings are in a modern country style: there is a fireplace in the living area, which makes your stay a pleasant experience even in the winter months. Red leather sofas and a rustic dining area invite you to sit and enjoy. A flat-screen TV many German and Dutch channels (HD quality and Smart TV with internet access), a BluRay / DVD / CD player and free WiFi internet (DSL 50,000) are available, as is a landline phone for a fee.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and various electrical appliances: small oven with grill, microwave, toaster, blender, refrigerator, dishwasher, Senseo, coffee machine, kettle, iron etc.
The house has 3 stylish bedrooms: 1x with double bed, 1x with two single beds and 1x with bunk beds, mattresses every 200 x 90 cm. In the bathroom below there is a large shower and a toilet, above a toilet with sink. In the extension there is a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, high chair and a travel cot, in the garden shed two Holland bikes and another ladies bike, a grill and a wooden wagon for the trip to the beach.
