DELUXE STUDIO APARTMENT WITH BALCONY - HOLIDAY HOME IN ROME
Super-equipped ground floor studio of 35 m² for 4 people with 2 beds, comfortable bathroom with shower; kitchen with window equipped with sink, 4 gas burners, microwave and refrigerator; dining room with table and 4 chairs; sleeping area with 1 double bed (140 x 200) and 1 bunk bed for 2 people (each bed 80x200 cm); flat-screen TVs, radiators, and air-conditioning; WI.FI. Available free of charge throughout the apartment. The apartment shares the reception and laundry area with the other guests. It is about 150 meters from the Ottavia stop of the FL3 metropolitan train which allows you to reach the San Filippo Neri Hospital and the Gemelli Polyclinic in a few minutes; In about 20 minutes you can reach St. Peter's and the Vatican.At the Valle Aurelia stop there is a connection with the Metro A that takes you to the historic center of the city in a few minutes.
Very close to the apartment there is a supermarket, bar, tobacconist, butcher, pizzeria, restaurants, pharmacy and bank. The balcony overlooks the Insugherata Park. The apartment is located very close to the famous Via Francigena and the archaeological site "Ipogeo degli Ottavi".

Good choice for long stay
I stayed there for 1 month. The place is safe and has a close public transport(train and bus) to center.the host Simone was really helpfull in all kind of problems. House was clean and has a kitcken where you can cook. If you gonna stay there for a long period ı will definitely recommend it.
