Large 180m2 apartment in a 19th century building listed as Madrid's historical heritage. Located in front of the Plaza Mayor, between Puerta del Sol and the Royal Palace.

We offer the maximum attention to our guests, from the moment of reservation. Building, apartments and rooms allow the autonomous entry of our guests to facilitate arrival and offers greater flexibility and independence.

Property is old and not well maintained. A lot of roaches. Water heater only last for 2 maybe 3 persons (the apartment is for 15), and have to wait for more than 2 hours for the next 2. Sheets and towels smells really bad. Had washer no drier. Only 3 air conditioner. The only good thing is the loacation.

Apartment in the centre of Madrid

Very nice, big, clean apartment. Location is just perfect, really in the centre, walking distance from many touristic attractions, restaurants, shops. The 2 bedrooms on the side of the street are very noisy, but we knew it. Daniel is an excellent host!
