Misleading

We booked this location under the impression that we would have a selection of rooms between adults and children and were never informed until the night before that we had a SINGLE room and bathroom for all the guests. Had we wanted a single room and shared bathroom for all adults and children then we would have booked at a hostel for a fraction of the price. The listing needs to be more specific about what precisely is included and better communication is required.

Why they chose this property

Located in the emblematic Plaza de Celenque, a place frequented by marquises and duchesses back in the 15th century. Our building dates from 1871 and has witnessed countless of urban changes, for example it was the official residencia of the House of Ubeda for 27 years. Its tradition is well expressed in the original wooden stair that leaves no one indifferent, nowadays protected. Likewise, the fresco on the ceiling and the hydraulic tiles.
