Renovated and fully equipped semi-detached house with private terrace, shared pool and rooftop solarium, located in the best area of Meloneras with wonderful views of the golf course and the sea, and with all services available for a perfect holiday in the south of Gran Canaria.
The ground floor consists of an equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room and a terrace with views and outdoor lounging and dining areas. The first floor consists of 2 double bedrooms and one full bathroom. The main bedroom has a king size bed, a balcony with seating area and wonderful sea views, and direct access to a rooftop solarium terrace. The semi-basement has a second living room with home-cinema and working space, another full bathroom and a third bedroom with 3 individual beds.
Guests have access to a big shared swimming pool inside the complex. There is free WIFI and air conditioning throughout the house. The Meloneras beach is 2 minutes away. Access to the highway is 500 meters away and the airport is 20-25 minutes away.
