The accommodation layout includes an upper floor with two air-conditioned bedrooms, a master bedroom with a balcony offering beautiful ocean views, and a full bathroom. The central part of the house features a kitchen, a spacious living room, a half-bath, a laundry room, a large terrace with a table, 8 chairs, 2 lounge chairs, an awning, and a beautiful garden with a shower; the rear of the house has a very spacious garden perfect for celebrations and a private garage.First floor: 2 bedrooms, living room, and bathroom. Community pool and 2 outdoor hot tubs. The complex is well-maintained and clean, with excellent security.

We really enjoyed our time in the apartment visiting our mother for her 90th birthday. The upstairs bedrooms were very cool and the kitchen and sitting areas worked well. The children were contained by the front and back garden. The pool was a pleasure to use. It was very hot during our stay and the lower bedrooms did get too warm at times. We liked walking down to the sea and going left to the busy Maspalomas or our preference was right to Meloneras which was quieter. Overall the situation of the bungalow worked well. Plenty of on street parking as well as a private space.

The villa is comfortable with a lot of space for our family of 3 people. Swimming pool is also nice, but jacuzzi did not work.

We had a great time. The accommodation was great for a large family, the top floor bedrooms are lovely, lower floor bedrooms not so which was a little disappointing (they were very hot overnight this became an issue due to a very noisy neighbour - not the owners fault). There was lots of space and a comfortable area to sit together outside. The complex is very nice, the pool area is beautifully kept, and the pool itself was often quiet. It is a nice 15 minute walk along the promenade to the restaurants. Ideal for our family holiday.

Casa situata in una zona comodissima sia per passeggiare per negozi, sia come punto di riferimento per visitare l'isola. Host sempre molto veloce e professionale nelle risposte. Tutto come da annuncio. Ideale se siete tante persone (noi eravamo in 8).

El bungalow es ideal para grupos grandes, tiene incluso barbacoa y garaje. Tiene entrada directa a la calle. Cierto es que nos encontrsmos zonas bastantes sucias, se recomienda invertir mas tiempo en su limpieza. Aun asi, recomensable 100% (los jacuzzis no funcionaban, simplemente como piscina...)

Geweldig verblijf!

We hebben genoten van onze vakantie in dit verblijf! De sleutelcode werkte goed. De eigenaar reageert snel op berichten. Het huisje was schoon en er was alles wat je nodig had. Het uitzicht was perfect, op het terras en balkon met voldoende stoelen, uitzicht op (een stukje) zee. In de tuin zittend onder de palmboom, kan je al vroeg van de zon genieten. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid, de supermarkt is op 2 min rijden. Fijn zwembad op het park. Het bungalow-park waarop dit huis staat, is in een rustige omgeving (Melanoras), wat wij heerlijk vonden. Maar binnen 2 minuten sta je op de boulevard, te genieten van de zonsondergang en kan je genieten van de winkels. De omgeving is prachtig! We hebben genoten, we zouden zo terugkomen!
