Superbe séjour à Lou Marronie

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Lou Marronie, magnifique demeure située à Cotignac. La maison est très belle, spacieuse et extrêmement bien équipée. Nous étions 16 personnes et n’avons manqué de rien pendant notre séjour. Les extérieurs sont également très agréables, avec une grande piscine, une cuisine d’été et un terrain de pétanque, l’idéal pour une semaine entre amis ! Nous recommandons vivement cette maison, idéalement située au cœur du village et donc proche de tous les commerces.

Une très belle maison, hyper équipée et localisation idéale

Séjour de 2 semaine en août 2020. La maison a largement rempli le cahier des charges... et bien plus. De 5 à 87 ans, tous les membres de la famille ont adoré cette maison de caractère où tout est pensé pour votre confort et votre sérénité. Sa localisation en hyper centre de village permet de faire toutes les courses à pied (des supermarchés et hypermarchés sont accessibles entre 5km et 20km). Le village possède boulangeries et boucherie de grande qualité, une supérette et le marché hebdomadaire permet de gérer les ravitaillements facilement. A noter que cette situation exceptionnelle en plein village peut induire un peu de nuisance sonore tôt le matin pour les chambres côté rue. La maison est équipée au delà de tout ce qu’on peut imaginer. Juste un regret sur la machine à laver/ sécher le linge qui est le seul appareil qui n’existe qu’en un seul exemplaire et qui se trouve au dernier étage de la maison (les machines du rdv n’étant accessibles que pour les personnes assurant l’entretien et le changement des draps). Sinon tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin est là... et bien plus. La maison est vaste, chacun peut avoir son intimité tout en permettant de grandes tablées familiales. Les chambres sont immenses, les lits confortables et le linge fourni de qualité. Les extérieurs sont tout aussi agréables et vastes, tout le monde s’en est donné à cœur joie dans la vaste piscine, sur le terrain de boules et avec la table de Ping pong. La communication avec Vidar et Anne Helene a été simple et ils ont été d’une remarquable disponibilité pour répondre aux questions. On sent qu’ils aiment leur maison et en prennent grand soin. Toutes les informations transmises avant le départ sont d’une très rare qualité. Sur place, le personnel en charge de l’entretien et de l’intendance est absolument charmant. Bref je recommande cette maison sans réserve, nous y retournerions les yeux fermés... de l’avis unanimes de toute notre nombreuse famille. Cotignac est un très beau village et une bonne base pour visiter cette très belle région. Anne Helene et Vidar, merci de nous avoir permis de si belles retrouvailles en famille et merci d’avoir créé ce bijou Lou Marronie.
