Apartment 3 Small block of 6 apartments, a stones through from Marina Rubicon
2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartments with private terrace
Welcome to Residencial El Puerto, a very well presented small apartment block located just 5 minutes walk from the exclusive Marina Rubicon.
Each apartment has a comfortable lounge area with sofa, flat screen TVLimited selection of channels, and wifi included in the price. There is a full kitchen with 4 ring hob, oven, fridge/freezer and microwave and there is access to a washing machine in the Solana.
There are 2 bedrooms, the master having a double bed and a further TV, Limited selection of channels, the second bedroom has twin beds. There is a family bathroom with shower cubicle. Each apartment has either a small private patio or balcony ideal for an al fresco breakfast !
The communal areas are very well maintained with well established gardens which includes local fruit trees which you are welcome to help yourself to. There is a communal solar heated pool with plenty of sunbeds ideal to relax on and enjoy the beautiful Lanzarote days.
These are non smoking apartments, smoking is allowed on the terrace/patios.
Cot and high chair available at no extra charge.

2 Bed Apartment near Rubicon Marina
The accommodation is an accurate description on website and very nicely presented. We would however of expected the provision of cleaning materials. We needed to purchase these essential items. Also the swimmimg pool is not heated and no private parking as suggested. But overall a very nice block of apartments.

Thanks for your nice review, just to be clear, the pool is solar heated but not electrically heated. We do not advertise as private parking, but there is plenty of parking in the quiet road just outside the complex.
