This 1600 square foot unit is tastefully redecorated and comes with all the basics needed for a vacation away from home! The main areas consist of a living room, kitchen, and dining area.
The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and comes stocked with an assortment of oils, spices, and other cooking basics. Pots, pans, a knife block, cooking spoons, bone china dishware, flatware, glasses, toaster, coffee maker, and tea kettle are also provided. If you have any questions on what is in the kitchen, please ask! There is a BBQ on the front patio that is shared with the upstairs unit. It’s a Weber Genesis 3 burner grill and can handle all your BBQ needs.
The master suite is roomy and has a king bed, closet, and an en-suite bath. There is room for a pack & play or portable crib as well. There is a den off the master bedroom and can be treated like a bedroom with its own closet. The other two bedrooms have a king bed and queen bed. All three bathrooms were remodeled and Nest toiletries along with hair dryers are provided for guests along with an iron and ironing board. The bed and bath linens are professionally laundered and are always soft & clean. If you do need to tackle laundry during your stay, there is a full sized washer and dryer available for guests to use during their stay - detergent is also provided.
Guests have two spots in the garage; it is tandem parking and the front spot is for a smaller car or SUV.

1. Are there two units? Are they connected?
Yes, these are two separate units. There is an upstairs unit and a downstairs unit, but they are not connected. This listing is for the downstairs unit, and it does not share an entrance with the upstairs unit. The only area that is shared with the upstairs unit is the garage and front patio.
2. Do you rent the whole duplex?
Yes, we do rent the whole duplex if you are interested and the listing ID is 1066592.
3. What is included in terms of linens?
We provide bedding for all the beds. Bedding will include: fitted sheet, flat sheet, duvet & cover, and four pillows with pillow cases. For towels, we provide 12 bath towels, 12 hand towels, 6 washcloths, and 6 beach towels.
4. Is there a BBQ?
Yes! There is a BBQ with patio furniture on the front patio that is shared with the upstairs unit.
5. How far is the beach?
The beach is less than 400 feet away from the property. Although you can't see it on a map, there is a pathway in front of the property to get to the sand.
6. How much parking is included?
There are two garage spots that are designated for the downstairs unit. It is tandem parking and the front spot is for a small car. The garage is shared with the upstairs unit who have their own space. There is street parking all around the area and that does not require a permit of any sort.
7. Are there any beach items included with the property?
Yes, we provide beach chairs, beach towels for everyone on your reservation, and umbrellas. We also have small beach toys for little ones.
8. Do you provide bikes?
No, but there are plenty of rental places nearby and some will even deliver the bikes to you.
9. Do you have baby items like pack and plays?
No, we do not provide baby items because we do not have the ability to sanitize the items after each guest. There are rental companies in the area that specialize in providing baby items (and have the sanitization facilities) while on vacation and they can deliver the items as well as pick them up.
Please note that there can only be 8 people (including children) sleeping at the property per Newport Beach City rules. No large parties or gatherings of any kind. If authorities are called to the property, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately.
We are licensed with the City of Newport Beach and have an added in 10% tax to the nightly rate that is remitted to the city per short term housing regulations.
