Fantastic choice!

Best stocked kitchen ever! Pool and spa were in great condition. Home overall very well maintained. Easy beach access as well.

Nice house but Needs some repairs

The bedroom space & living area/kitchen was definitely spacious enough for us. However there are a lot of items that need attention. The television in the living room & game room were not working properly; no cable signal. We had to call Management who called out cable company. The system was outdated & needed a new box. Several of the bedroom door lock sets did not match up & doors could not be locked. Toilet in one of downstairs bathrooms didn’t flush properly & had to have plumber come fix. The kitchen sink was leaking under the cabinet. Plumber came out again but was unable to fix because the repair was too extensive & it would disrupt our vacation. We put a bowl under the sink. Having only 2 trash cans was not adequate for this size house. We ended up taking trash home with us. The hot tub was not working & pool company had to come out twice, and even then it stopped working a third time. The fireplace was not working. We flipped the switch & nothing. This was never resolved. Overall our family enjoyed being together despite the several interruptions of repair people coming through the house. Not sure I could recommend this house unless better maintenance and inspection of property is provided.

Great Coastal vacation

We had a great time at this property!!! It was the first time my family visited the coast and I believe our overall experience was great!!! The property had everything we could ever ask for, from the Kitchen to the Beach and everything between!!!

Great Family Vacation

Beautiful home in an ideal location. Short walk to the beach. Great for multi-generational families. Well-stocked kitchen, lots of seating in the living area. Only complaints are related to minor maintenance issues - screen needs to be repaired or replaced on screen porch door, porch chair cushions were dirty, and ceiling fans in living room & game room were not working.
