Inside, you’ll find 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests. The huge kitchen with an oversized island makes cooking and entertaining a joy, while multiple indoor and outdoor seating areas invite everyone to unwind together.
Families love the one-level living, kid-friendly amenities (high chair, bed rails, toys, and more), and TVs in every room. Beach days are effortless with complimentary beach gear and optional golf cart rental.

Why they chose this property
When we first visited Pawleys Island, we stayed in the North Litchfield Beach neighborhood because it's walkable to the beach, so much character, quiet, and beautiful. We fell in love and that's how we found this place!
What makes this property unique
It's so beautiful, sleeps 12 people and set up so well to host your family and friends. It's so close to the beach that you can enjoy your whole day at the beach and take breaks to go back to the house for snacks.
