This condo is right on the beach, and only a short drive to restaurants and entertainment. Loved it!

Litchfield vacation

Everything was just beautiful. The outside grounds are immaculate! We loved the pool and pavilion. The area was amazing. Such a beautiful area. Pawleys island is truly a hidden jewel! Our family rented three condos at Litchfield by the sea and we were all very pleased. The rooms were just as pictured. The only complaint that each one of us had was that they were not cleaned very well. Kitchen cabinets were not clean. Some of the pots and pans and other dishes and utensils were dirty. The bathrooms weren’t cleaned well. Our vacuum didn’t work. TVs didn’t work on one of my sisters condo. The decor in my condo needed to be updated. Overall , however, we were all three very pleased and would definitely go back to Litchfield by the Sea.

We could not have asked for a better place to relax and unwind then Shipyard Village on beautiful Litchfield Beach. Thank you for allowing us to rent your wonderful condo on the beach. We just wish we could have stayed longer!

Outstanding condo

Our family of 8 fit comfortably in this condo and enjoyed ocean views in a casual atmosphere. Equipped kitchen was nice. Pool area is nice and sidewalks make for nice walking areas. Gorgeous views.
