This wonderful 3BR unit is the perfect beach getaway with amazing views! The king master with it's own private bathroom features a jacuzzi tub and step in shower, as well as direct access to an Oceanfront balcony. The guest bedrooms each have their own bathroom and feature a queen bed in one and two twins in the other. With a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, wifi, cable TV and much more, this unit is sure to become a family favorite! Guests have access to all that Litchfield By the Sea has to offer like tennis, pickleball, multiple pools, dining, spa and even a Starbucks.

Great, as usual, but noisier this time

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience with Tide Life Realty was superb as usual. Our property at LBS, was wonderful as usual, but much, much noisier. The roofing crew were busy at work banging out [replacing] the from green metal roof over the drive through, with their Mexican music, and noisy talking above the din of their working. Then, directly above our unit, there must have been some significant renovation, including the replacement of major appliances. This lasted into the evening, past working hours. In the master bedroom bath on the left vanity, there appears to be no faucet gasket. It's loose, and it appears there may be some leakage under the sink onto the floor of the under cabinet.

Memorial Day

Condo was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Great location and beautiful huge Oceanside porch which came in handy with the rainy weather. It was like being in the beach without having to sit in the rain. Would love to return!

Wonderful Stay in Litchfield
