This bungalow is the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in! It was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The house is charming. The location is great for exploring Fayetteville and Northwest Arkansas. We loved spending time on the screened porch. Communication with Sandra was great. We would love to stay here again.
Sandra was a great host and we loved the house. It was clean and has everything a visitor might need. We will definitely keep this place in mind when we return to Fayetteville.
We really enjoyed our stay. This home is located so conveniently to anything and everything in Fayetteville. It was so comfortable and the fully equipped kitchen was much appreciated to be able to prepare meals for our college kids!
We were very impressed with the character and charm of this home in Fayettevlle, Arkansas. The neighborhood is amazing too. Sandra was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely choose this place to stay again!
We loved this bungalow so much we are sorry we didn't have it every time for our visits to Fayetteville. It doesn't get more ideal than this...charm, comfort, location, setting and all the amenities you would need. Thank you so much to our host for a picture perfect weekend! We hope to stay again!
One of the best little houses around. Real television. Fun and warm atmosphere abounds in this charming house.
Much better than the overpriced hotel on the square !!!
This house was just as expected and the photos are accurate. On a cute street not far from campus….not exactly walkable but a short drive or Uber ride! Sandra was fantastic to work with and the added touch of the wine, cheese & crackers made us feel so welcome! We would definitely stay here again!! Don’t hesitate to book!!
Sandra was an amazing owner. Great communication and hospitality. The house and yard were beautiful. Easy to walk to Dickson locations and University of Arkansas campus. Highly recommend!
Quick weekend trip up the mountain to visit Crystal Bridges and we were welcomed the instant we walked in. Such a lovely home, I could live on the back screened in porch. The mornings are lovely watching the squirrels play from the rocking chair. Home was just as listed, beds super comfy, and CLEAN!
This place was magnificent! Inside and out. Furnished with great taste and very clean. The beds were super comfy. We loved the variety of artwork and the bathroom vanity that was lit from underneath. That was so cool. The gardens were simple, beautiful and well maintained. The outdoor space was lovely, peaceful and a great place to hang out. I’d write more but having a challenging time paging down in this app.

I moved to Fayetteville in 1983 to attend the U o A. I loved the area so much I decided to stay. This home was my first home to purchase and will never let it go.
Why they chose this property
I chose this home due to it's character, the eclectic historical neighborhood and proximity to downtown, the entertainment district and the U of A.
