We loved being so close to campus as well as such a variety of shops and restaurants. The unit was super comfortable and unique. We brought our high school seniors to check out Arkansas and watch a football game. This was the perfect accommodation as we had plenty of room and everyone had their privacy. It was nice to have both upstairs and downstairs spaces.

Property was great. The only downside was very noisy neighbors that you could hear through the bedroom wall until very late. Property was fabulous and convenient.

My family and I loved the Razorback Retreat!! The place was perfect and super clean! The kitchen was great to cook in. The pillows and beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed. We were walking distance from the University of Arkansas and all the downtown restaurants. Would definitely stay at this place again!

Nice apartment. Great location within walking distance to an array of restaurants. Had a few issues checking, for some reason I did not receive the check on e mail with instructions. Called the owner and he helped me out. Good value and location. I would stay here again.

Very relaxing stay

Joey was a great host. Even ater a hiccup with accessing the property our overall stay was wonderful. The property was very clean, spacious, and well stocked with clean linens, pillows, blankets. Joey was quick to respond with any requests and questions. He is a very gracious host and we really appreciate his flexibility and professionalism. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location!

This property is the perfect location for your home base in Fayetteville! In the middle of all the restaurants and fun on Dickson and right by the Greenway trail. Walkable to other areas, too. We did not have any issues with noise (but it was a non game weekend). Cute, comfortable and spacious. Stocked with plenty of kitchen supplies and bathroom towels. Manager responded promptly to our questions during stay. Highly recommend!

WONDERFUL

Everything about this rental was wonderful! Property manager was extremely responsive with questions leading up to our 6-night stay. The beds were comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked great for our working remotely and streaming. The kitchen items were clean and not outdated and gross. Location was situated in the middle of walking distance to great nightlife and tasty food options. Having the washer and dryer was a bonus and the shower was spectacular. Patio was nice to have too. We will be going back to Fayetteville, as our daughter lives there, and hope to stay here again.
